When I order a package, is there a travel fee? |

Davis county is serviced for free. Most other areas will be serviced for $0.35 per mile. This means if you live about an hour away from Farmington, your fee would be about $35. Contact us for a specific price quote. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept cash, check or paypal. Paypal is a very safe way to make a payment through the internet. If you would like to pay by credit card, you can use paypal. |

We are having two receptions in different areas, can I get a discount? |

|
Yes! If you purchase a package for one reception, you may receive the same package for a second reception at 25% off. |

Are items delivered or do we have to pick them up? |

If you order one of our packages (or the photobooth individually), we will deliver, setup, and take down everything you order. If you order linens, a picture slideshow, or a chocolate fountain individually, you are responsible for pickup and return. |

How far in advance do we have to reserve our date? |

You must reserve your wedding date at least a week in advance. However, to ensure that your wedding date is available and for us to provide the best possible service, we reccommend that you make your reservation as soon as you know your wedding date. |

When is payment due? |

When booking a package, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your wedding date. (Your deposit is applied to the cost of your package.) The remaining balance is due one week before your reserved date. Please make checks payable to A Day to Remember Receptions. |

May I rent items individually? (Not in a package) |

Most of our rental items are available only in a package. You may, however rent linens, a photo booth, or a chocolate fountain individually. You may also order a video montage without purchasing a package. Keep in mind, however, that all of our items are less expensive when purchased with a package. |

What are my responsibilities when I order a package? |

|
You are responsible for completing an order form and turning in a deposit to reserve your date. You are also responsible for making sure we have access your building (or outdoor location) and to the tables and chairs at least 3 hours prior to your event. We will setup and take down all of your rented decor, but you will be responsible for cleaning the venue. |

How do I reserve my wedding date? |

When we receive a completed and signed order form along with your deposit of $100 dollars, we will reserve your wedding date. At this time we will begin turning away customers from that date. |
